Please make yourselves familiar with our industry standard Terms, Conditions and small print. These are clearly laid out below. There is nothing to alarm you as they are general small hotels industry standard conditions. Please contact us if you have any concerns about anything stated here, and feel free to discuss it with us. We do show compassion in extenuating circumstances. No visitors allowed after 10-00pm. All visitors must report to reception.

IMPORTANT RESERVATION POLICY

For our own benefit, it is recommended that you take out Holiday Cancellation Insurance from your travel agent to cover every likely eventuality.

When you make a reservation for accommodation you are entering a legally binding contract with Absolutehotel.com Generally if you fail to arrive, cancel within 48 hours (2 days) of the arrival date or fail to take up your reserved accommodation for whatever reason, you will be liable to at least one night’s stay at the normal rack rate.
